Photos or videos of the damage and surroundings.

Police report number (if applicable).

Notify Your Insurance Carrier

Call the claims number on your insurance ID card or policy.

Provide them with the full incident details: who, what, where, and how it happened.

Request and note your claim number.

Contact Our Office

Let us know that the claim has been filed so we may document it in our system and stay updated on the process.

If you face a language barrier, we are here to help communicate with the carrier.

Work With The Adjuster

A claims adjuster will be assigned by the carrier.

They will inspect damages, review your policy coverage, and guide the resolution.

However, please remember:
👉 The official claim must be reported directly to your insurance carrier. The carrier will take the formal declaration (who, what, where, how) and assign your case to a claims adjuster.
